HAMILTON is one of those very special finds - spotlessly clean affordable luxury in relaxing surroundings, with private parking. You will not be disappointed.

HAMILTON offers self-contained apartments of the highest standard, individually designed and elegantly furnished.
All our apartments are Non Smoking & No Pets. Well-behaved children over 10 years of age are welcome.

ALL KITCHENS have full size electric cookers, microwaves, refrigerators with freezer compartments, electric kettles, toasters, easy clean work surfaces with spotlights above, plenty of cupboards, fully equipped with quality crockery, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils - a full list of these items will be forwarded with confirmation of booking. (Nos.2 & 4 have open plan kitchen lounge areas.)

ALL BEDROOMS have excellent quality full size divan beds with all bed linen supplied; 4 pillows per double bed, plenty of blankets and continental quilts.

ALL BATHROOMS are modern with quality fittings, shaver light sockets & electric heaters.

ALL ROOMS have thermostatically controlled electric heaters available at all times. Plenty of warmth guaranteed. All apartments have own self-read meters charged at cost.

TV & DVD player & Video recorder. Heating included September to May.

Very SPACIOUS UNOBSTRUCTED CAR PARK at the front of Hamilton with easy access off Trinity Avenue which is very wide and quiet. CAR SPACE IS GUARANTEED.

LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer & sink for rinsing etc. Guests` TELEPHONE for outgoing calls only.

All weekly holidays are Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are available from November to May inclusive.

No.1 “ROSE” - Ground Floor - for 2 persons.

Very spacious lounge at the front, with dining table & chairs in bay window, comfortable sofa & armchair, colour TV & DVD/VCR. Separate large bedroom with twin beds (new for 2011). Separate kitchen with large picture window overlooking rear garden with its climbing Roses and abundance of wild birds. Modern, attractive bathroom & toilet with quality fittings, heated towel rail etc. & new for 2009 a separate shower cubicle.

No.2 “HYDRANGEA” - Ground Floor- for 2 persons.

Large attractive living room with dining table & chairs,  window overlooking the front, with open view over the Hydrangeas, after which this apartment is named. Comfortable sofa & armchair, colour TV & DVD/VCR, fully fitted kitchen. Separate smaller bedroom with double bed. Modern attractive bathroom & toilet with shower over bath, good quality fittings, heated towel rail etc.

No.3 “HONEYSUCKLE” - 1st. Floor - for 2-3 persons.

Spacious lounge at the front with open view, comfortable sofa & armchairs, dining table & chairs in window, colour TV & DVD/VCR. Separate large bedroom with double bed & single bed, so you have the choice of separate beds if required. Attractive separate fitted kitchen newly equipped (2009) with fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer & dishwasher  with view over the rear garden, with its profusion of fragrant  Honeysuckle, dining table & chairs so you have the choice of eating in kitchen or lounge. Modern bathroom & toilet with good quality fittings, heated towel rail etc. New for 2009, this apartment also benefits from an extra separate shower cubicle.

No.4 “JASMINE” 3 Bedroom Apartment for 2, 3 or 4 Persons.

First floor entrance. Attractive living room overlooking the front, dining table & chairs in window, comfortable sofas & colour TV & separate DVD & VCR, with fully fitted kitchen having small window to rear looking down onto the Jasmine after which this apartment is named. Own private staircase to 2nd floor. Lovely modern bathroom with shower over bath, quality fittings, heated towel rail etc. Separate WC. Bedroom No.1 has double bed & wash basin and faces the rear. Bedroom No.2 with twin singles has windows facing the side and the third bedroom is a single facing the rear (towards the Gt.Orme).

Laundry facilities

Washing machine & dryer and a sink with hot & cold water for rinsing, available in the utility room around the side of the building towards the rear garden & sitting area.

There is a nominal charge of 50p per wash & 50p per tumble in the honesty basket to contribute to the electricity & washing powder provided.

There is also a freezer available for use by request. This is stored in the utility room.

Rear garden & sitting area.

Cycle security bracket for the convenience of locking up of cycles. No responsibility can be accepted for the use of the cycle bracket. This can be found around the back in the rear garden.

Access Statement

Hamilton has a tarmac car park, with spacious car parking for all apartments.

The area around HAMILTON in Llandudno is flat, with the exception of the Great Orme and Little Orme!

The front door porch has a 2 inch step from outside, and a 4 inch step from the porch to the hallway. There are 2 apartments on the ground floor (both 1 bedroom) numbers 1 & 2, the other 2 apartments are on the upper floors. Access to upper floors is by standard staircases with handrails. All doorways are 2'6" wide. There are no steps within the ground floor apartments, with the exception of no1 ‘Rose’ a 12” step into the shower cubicle which is fitted with hand rails & a seat. The first floor apartment number 3 "Honeysuckle" has an internal 3 step staircase in the hallway.

Apartment number 4 "Jasmine" is on the first and second floors. From the front door (on the first floor) there are 3 steps up into the living room, from the living room you go into your own internal hallway with a staircase taking you up to the bathroom, toilet and single bedroom, and then a flight of 4 steps takes you to the other bedrooms.
