Hamilton - Llandudno Luxury Holiday Apartments with guaranteed parking space. BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The accommodation is for a holiday only and should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Anything damaged by yourself must be reported & paid for in full.

The number of occupants may only exceed the numbers stated on the booking form if written consent is first obtained . Please note that exceeding the number of people could invalidate our insurance cover and is also a serious breach of fire regulations. In view of this visitors who are not staying at Hamilton strictly by arrangement only.

The accommodation will be ready from 1:00 p.m. on day of arrival (but may be available sooner) and must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. on day of departure (unless otherwise arranged.) Luggage may be left in the porch.

Please forward your cheque at least 28 days before your holiday commences. Cheques made payable to Mrs. L Sheppard.

Electricity is charged at cost by self-read meters, and cash or cheque to cover the amount due is to be left in the apartment on departure.

In the event of cancellation, please let me know immediately by telephone, followed by a letter and I will do my utmost to re-let for you. However, if I am unable to re-let, you will be responsible for payment of the balance of rent owing. Why not insure against this? - An insurance form will be forwarded with confirmation of Booking if interest is expressed on your booking form. Deposits, after confirmation in writing by ourselves, are non-refundable.

No large all male parties or groups of young persons accepted - properties are not suitable.  No children under 10 years of age.

Anyone causing a nuisance to other guests will have to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.

NOTE: A copy of these Booking Conditions will be forwarded with the Confirmation of your Booking.
