We've thought of everything to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
All you need
The kitchens have full size electric cookers, microwaves, refrigerators with freezer compartments, electric kettles, toasters, easy clean work surfaces and plenty of cupboards. They are fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils. We provide a dish cloth, sponge, washing up liquid and tea towels.
The bedrooms have full size divan beds with all bed linen supplied. There are 4 pillows per double bed, along with a duvet. Blankets are also provided.
Conwy has a walk in shower. Beaumaris and Denbigh have baths and separate showers. Flint has a shower over the bath. We provide hand soap and towels can be provided for an extra charge.
Background storage heating is included September to May inclusive and all rooms have thermostatically controlled electric heaters available year round. Electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.
Each lounge has a digital flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
There is a spacious car park at the front with easy access off Trinity Avenue, which is a wide and quiet road. A car parking space is guaranteed for each apartment.
Guests have use of a shared laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink with hot and cold water and a small freezer. There is a nominal charge per wash and dry. Washing powder is provided.
There is a small shingle garden to the rear.

Easy access to town and beaches
Hamilton is only a short walk on the flat to nearby shops, eateries and attractions, not forgetting our two lovely beaches and Llandudno train station.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building with password details in each apartment’s Guest Information folder.

Our spacious car park has easy access from Trinity Avenue, a wide and quiet road. A car parking space is guaranteed for each apartment.

We had a fabulous time. The apartment suited us to a tee; everything we could have needed for our week's stay. Bedding excellent quality and everything lovely and clean.

House Rules
Our Apartments at Hamilton are smoke free and maintained to a high standard. Please leave them in a clean and tidy condition. Anything damaged by yourself must be reported and paid for in full.
We are sorry but we cannot accept children, pets or large parties, as the property is not suitable. Anyone causing a nuisance to other guests will have to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
Use of the car park is at guest’s own risk
